    不同生长物质复配处理对烤烟种子萌发的影响

    Effects of Several Growth Substance Combination Treatment on Priming of Flue-cured Tobacco Seeds

    • 摘要: 为了更好地提高烟草催芽种子的质量,尤其是改善陈种子的萌发能力,实验采用不同浓度的MS营养液、GA3、IBA、6-BA及4者复配对K326、NC89新陈2类种子进行催芽处理,统计分析不同条件催芽处理后的种子萌发率、各项生理生化指标变化以及萌发相关基因的表达。结果表明,各因素单独催芽处理,在适宜浓度范围内均能促进种子萌发。而采用生长物质复配配方(1/20 MS+100 mg/L GA3+2 mg/L IBA+0.2 mg/L 6-BA和1/20 MS+100 mg/L GA3+2 mg/L IBA+2 mg/L 6-BA)催芽处理,种子萌发迅速且各项生理生化指标显著优于对照。此外,WRKY2基因的表达量在催芽处理后显著提高。

       

      Abstract: To improve the quality of primed tobacco seeds, especially the germination ability of old seeds, studies were conducted on the seeds of K326 and NC89 of different years. The seeds were primed by different concentration of MS medium, GA3, IBA and 6-BA, and then the germination rate, physiological and biochemical indices and the expression of germination related gene were detected. The results showed that after priming treatment by proper concentration of each factor, the germination rate of flue-cured tobacco seeds were promoted, and the combination of different growth regulators (1/20 MS+100 mg/L GA3+2 mg/L IBA+0.2 mg/L 6-BA and 1/20 MS+100 mg/L GA3+2 mg/L IBA+2 mg/L 6-BA) had the best effects, After treatment of which the seeds geminated rapidly and each physiological and biochemical index was better than control significantly. What's more, the expression level of WRKY2 was enhanced remarkably after priming treatment.
