    烤烟碳氮代谢关键酶活性动态及其与类胡萝卜素关系研究

    Dynamic of Key Enzymes Activity Involved in Carbon and Nitrogen Metabolism in Flue-cured Tobacco and their Correlation with Cartenoids

    • 摘要: 以红花大金元、K326为试验材料,采用大田种植方式,研究了不同基因型烤烟叶片碳氮代谢关键酶的活性动态及其与类胡萝卜素的相关性。结果表明,在烟草生长发育过程中,硝酸还原酶、谷氨酰胺合成酶、蔗糖转化酶和淀粉酶活性均呈现先上升后降低的变化规律,硝酸还原酶、谷氨酰胺合成酶和淀粉酶在移栽后60 d达到最大值,而蔗糖转化酶活性最大值出现在移栽后75 d。类胡萝卜素各组分(β-类胡萝卜素、叶黄素、新黄质和紫黄质)含量随着生育进程的推移,呈下降趋势。在整个生育期内,红花大金元叶片硝酸还原酶、谷氨酰胺合成酶、蔗糖转化酶和淀粉酶活性以及类胡萝卜素各组分含量均高于K326。相关分析结果表明,蔗糖转化酶活性与类胡萝卜素各组分含量呈显著负相关。

       

      Abstract: The dynamic of key enzyme activities involved in carbon and nitrogen metabolism in different flue-cured tobacco cultivars were studied with K326 and Honghuadajinyuan in field condition, and their correlations with cartenoids was also investigated. The results showed that the activities of nitrate reductase, glutamine synthetase, invertase and amylase all increased at the earlier stage and decreased at later stage in the growth and development period of tobacco. The activities of nitrate reductase, glutamine synthetase, and amylase reached maximum at 60 d after transplanting, but the peak activity value of invertase was at 75 d after transplanting. The contents of carotenoids components (β-carotene, lutein, neoxanthin, violaxthin) decreased gradually with the proceeding of tobacco growth and development process. In the whole growth period, Honghuadajinyuan had higher enzyme activity and carotenoids content than K326. There was significant negative correlation between the activity of invertase and the contents of carotenoids components.
