摘要: 在探索推进烟叶精益生产过程中,山东潍坊烟区积极实践创新,不断完善基础信息,科学划分生产网格,突出"1＋X"管理,初步形成了以网格化管理为核心的烟叶精益生产管理方式,较好地推动了现代烟草农业的发展.

Abstract: During the process of exploring and promoting tobacco lean production, management staff have been innovating actively, enriching basic information, dividing production grid scientific, and emphasizing "1 + X" management, thus, a management mode of tobacco lean production with grid management as core had preliminarily formed in Weifang tobacco region. The management mode had promoted the development of modern tobacco agriculture.
