Abstract:
In order to make efficient use of rutin, chlorogenic acid, solanesol and nicotine in tobacco, the solvent conditions of integrated extraction of rutin, chlorogenic acid, solanesol and nicotine from tobacco were investigated.The result showed that, with conditions of the ratio of material to liquor as 1:10, and 80%, 95%, 80% or 80%, 80%, 95% ethanol solution as solvent, extracting 3 times at 40 ℃ with ultrasound, each for 20 min, 10 min and 10 min, the extraction rates of rutin, chlorogenic acid, solanesol and nicotine were all more than 99.75%.The method is applicable to the integrated extraction of rutin, chlorogenic acid, nicotine and solanesol in tobacco.
