    贵州山地醇甜香烟叶对品牌卷烟风格品质的影响

    Effect of Guizhou Mountainous Bouquet & Sweet Tobacco leaves on Quality of Cigarette Brands Style

    • 摘要: 为明确贵州山地醇甜香烟叶在卷烟配方中的作用,以有代表性的7个不同风格主流卷烟品牌为目标物,将省内7个不同醇甜香区及省外中间香型区典型代表配方叶组,添加到原有品牌烟丝中重新优化叶组配方。结果表明,贵州山地醇甜香叶组对主流卷烟品牌有很好的适配性,大部分叶组能提高各品牌的卷烟品质,保持并彰显卷烟风格特点;对特定的卷烟品牌都有很大的区域扩展空间,而且在现有配方基础上可以增加用量。湄潭、施秉、瓮安、遵义叶组在卷烟配方中有较好的调香调味作用,与各大品牌卷烟之间均能很好的融合;毕节、长顺、思南叶组的配伍性相对稍弱,与部分卷烟品牌之间具有一定的配伍性。

       

      Abstract: In order to definite the role of Guizhou mountainous bouquet & sweet tobacco in cigarette formula, representative formulation groups of seven different areas and foreign medium aroma areas were added to the original seven different styles of representative mainstream cigarette brands to optimize leaf formula. The results showed that Guizhou mountainous bouquet & sweet formulation leaf groups had good suitability to mainstream cigarette brands, most of the formulation leaf groups could improve the brand cigarette quality, maintain and highlight the cigarette style features. To specific cigarette brands had great regional expansion of space and on the basis of existing formula can increase the dosage; Meitan, Weng'an, Zunyi and Shibing leaf groups in the cigarette formula had a better blendinge effect, and between each big brand cigarette can be a very good fusion. Bijie, Changshun, Sinan leaf groups were relatively weak, exhibiting a certain compatibility with some cigarette brands.
