Abstract:
A phosphorus accumulating strain YYF02 with β-mannanase activity was isolated from the soil of tobacco straw processing plant, and numbered YYF02. After 48 h fermentation, the free phosphorus content in culture medium reached 130.5 μg/mL, and the activity of β-mannanase was 8.9 U/mL, indicating that YYF02 has the dual activities of β-mannanase and phosphorus accumulating. Studies on the growth characteristics of the strain YYF02 showed that the optimum growth temperature is 26-36℃, with a optimum pH range of 5.5-7.5, and that the strain is suitable to grow in low salt environment. After comprehensive analysis of morphological characteristics, biochemical characteristics and 16S rDNA sequences, strain YYF02 was identified as
Serratia nematodiphila, and temporarily named
Serratia nematodiphila YYF02. Strain YYF02 has great potential in mutation breeding, genome breeding and development of tobacco special fertilizers.
