Abstract:
In order to screen the suitable measures for controlling tobacco root-knot nematode disease, field experiments were carried out to study the effects of control crops, entomopathogenic nematode, fungal biocontrol agents on tobacco growth characteristics, yield and economic values, and control of root-knot nematode disease. The results showed that except the positive control(0.5% abamectin granules),
Paecilomyces lilacinus showed the highest effect on growth characteristics, yield and economic values and control of root-knot nematode disease, with a control efficiency of 61.2%, followed by intercropping
Crotalaria junce L. with a control efficiency of 60.4%, then the
Rhabditis sp. concentration of 1.46×10
8 Js/hm
2 with a control efficiency of 53.3%. The intercropping
Crotalaria mucronata gained a control efficiency of 46.2%.
