三明市沙县烟农星级评定管理现状与思考

Reflections on the Star Rating of Tobacco Growers in Shaxian, Sanming City

摘要: 烟农队伍管理是提高烟叶质量的关键抓手，依据三明市沙县烟区烟农队伍建设的实际情况，总结了烟农星级评定管理实施过程及评定结果运用，客观展示了开展烟农星级评定管理以来取得的成效，论述了评定管理过程中存在的主要问题，并提出了下一步工作思路，为烟区烟农队伍管理提供新的观点。

Abstract: The management of tobacco growers is the key in improving the quality of tobacco leaves. In light of practices employed in the star rating of tobacco growers in Sha county of Sanming city, this study illustrates the preliminary successes in this regard by summarizing in detail the rating process and the subsequent application of rating results. It also uncovers principal problems and proposes a strategy for future endeavors, offering new perspectives for the management of tobacco farmers in tobacco-growing areas.
