Abstract: In order to meet the requirement of modern tobacco agriculture on agricultural mechanization, to solve current problems in tobacco leaf production process, such as heavy labor intensity and long labor time in flue-cured tobacco preparation, rod linking and untying, this study proposed a solution of reducing labor-intensity and improving production efficiency by testing and analyzing 3 different types of tobacco leaf weaving machines. The results showed that positioning slot tray concave structure tobacco leaf weaving machine was the best, which had no influence on quality of cured leaf. The utilization of tobacco-weaving machines may greatly reduce labor intensity, and may significantly improve production efficiency.
