烟草香气品质研究进展

Advances in Tobacco Aroma Characteristics

摘要: 综述了烟草致香物质的分类、分析方法，影响烟草香气品质的主要次生代谢途径，与烟草香气品质有关的表型性状，烟草香气品质的遗传分析现状等方面的研究进展，并对目前烟草香气品质研究中值得关注的方向进行了展望。

Abstract: In this paper, we introduced the classification and analytical methods of tobacco aroma, relationship between tobacco aroma and main secondary metabolism, phenotypic trait of tobacco aroma and genetic researches in tobacco aroma characters. Also, the prominent aspects in tobacco aroma character research were discussed.
