    茉莉酸甲酯对烟叶表面腺毛密度及蔗糖酯含量的影响

    Effects of Methyl Jasmonate Induced Trichome Density and Sucrose Ester Content in Tobacco Leaves

    • 摘要: 以烟草栽培品种K326、龙江911和翠碧1号3个品种为供试材料,利用组织化学染色法在体视显微镜下观察分泌蔗糖酯腺毛数,测定了蔗糖酯含量。研究了不同浓度的茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA)对烟草表面单位面积上蔗糖酯的相对含量及分泌蔗糖酯腺毛密度的影响。结果显示,4个浓度的MeJA处理中,3个品种的烟草表面蔗糖酯含量及蔗糖酯分泌腺毛密度随着MeJA浓度的增加而逐渐降低。烟草的这种反应对其合理分配代价、形成对害虫强有力的抗性可能更为有利。

       

      Abstract: Materials used in our experiment tobacco were cultivars K326 (Nicotiana tabacum L.cv, K326), Longjiang 911and BC-11; the number of glandular trichomes of sucrose ester was observed by stereomicroscope with the help of histochemical staining; in addition, the content of sucrose ester was measured. The inducement of different concentration of methyl jasmonate (MeJA )on Glandular Trichome density and Sucrose Ester content in tobacco leaves were also studied. The results showed that the content of sucrose ester and Glandular Trichome density in leaves decreased significantly after treated with four gradient concentration of MeJA (0.01 mmol/L, 0.1 mmol/L, 1.0 mmol/L and 4.0 mmol/L). The above-mentioned reaction of tobacco plants was advantageous for rational distribution costs which might be more favorable for producing powerful resistance to injurious insects.
