    不同分组方法对原烟配方模块质量的影响

    Effects of Different Grouping on Green Blend Module’s Quality

    • 摘要: 为深入研究中式卷烟品牌原烟配方分组方法和原则,以云南上、中、下3个部位7个等级烟叶为材料,分别按照外观和物理加工性能、化学成分和感官质量等方面进行原烟配方分组,对12个分组模块进行工业配方评价和筛选、调整配方,形成了符合一类烟品牌A、二类烟品牌B主料烟的4个配方模块。结果表明,外观和物理加工性能、化学成分和感官质量等3方面分组方法必须相互结合、综合考虑。外观和物理性能指标作为原烟配方分组操作依据简单易行,化学成分和感官质量指标可以作为配方调整和最终检验的判断指标和依据,同时还需要考虑库存等级、数量和成本等因素。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the principles and methods of green blending & grouping in Chinese Type Cigarette, different stalk positions (leaf, cutter and lugs) and grades of Yunnan tobacco leaf in a county were studied and grouped to 12 blend modules, based on appearance quality, chemical components and sensory quality individually. These modules were evaluated and selected, and their formula were adjusted to form 4 blend modules, which were fit for the standard of aⅠbrand A and a Ⅱ brand B Favored Tobacco Leaf. The results showed that several principles and methods of blending & grouping should be combined together. Appearance quality and physical indices were the basic, simple and practical principal and method in green blending & grouping, and chemical components as well as sensory quality were the blend adjusting and changing, verifying methods, that the stocks and cost also should be taken into account.
