Abstract:
In order to find out acidic organic component types and quantities in rotation and mono-cropping rhizospheric soil, the qualitative and relative quantitative analysis technology (GC/MS) were applied in several kinds of organic compound components in a preliminary separation and identification. The results showed that soil organic compounds mainly included four substances (alcohols, acids, esters, and phthalates) in two planting modes. Relative contents of acid organic components differed between rotation and mono-cropping soils. The chemical constituents also had obvious difference. High acidic component content of acid organic compounds in rhizospheric soils could be a cause of mono-cropping obstacles.
