烤烟漂浮育苗基质替代研究
Study on Substituted Medium of Flue-cured Tobacco in Float Seedling System

摘要: 为了实现烤烟漂浮育苗基质的可持续利用,以粉碎腐熟的玉米秸秆和炉渣为原料,进行了烤烟漂浮育苗基质的配制技术研究。结果表明,60%玉米秸秆+20%炉渣+20%膨化珍珠岩配制的基质生理生化指标符合漂浮育苗基质的条件,所育烟苗生长势强,农艺性状与生理指标协调,达到常规育苗基质的要求。因此,利用粉碎腐熟的玉米秸秆与炉渣替代漂浮育苗中的草炭是可行的,且成本较低,可节省70%的常规基质。Abstract: In order to make sustainable utilization of seeding medium in Huidong tobacco growing-area, crumbled and decayed corn stalk and slag were applied in the medium of tobacco float seeding system. The result showed that among various mixing proportion, the medium with 50% corn stalk + 20% slag + 20%fine perlite met the requirements of tobacco breeding medium, and the comprehensive characters of tobacco seedlings were the best. Therefore, it is feasible to use corn stalk and slag as a substitute in float seedling system, which could save 70% of ordinary seedling medium.
