    密集烤房加热设备材质与结构优化设计研究

    Studies on the Design Optimization of Heat System and Heat Dispersion Systems Made of Different Materials in the Bulk Curing Barn

    • 摘要: 为了降低密集烤房建造成本,提高换热器使用寿命,选用铸铁和碳化硅陶瓷耐腐蚀材料制作烤房换热器。对比试验结果表明,铸铁和碳化硅陶瓷耐腐蚀材料的换热器在烤烟过程中的温差、耗煤量和热能利用效率等参数与生产所用的钢制材质换热器基本相当,部分参数优于对照,满足烟叶烘烤要求。同时改进的换热器具有抗腐蚀、易清灰、安装、保养等优点,可有效解决金属材质换热器易腐蚀、使用年限短等问题,具有较好的推广应用前景。

       

      Abstract: To increase durability of heat system and reduce the construction cost, the design of heat system was optimized and two kinds of anti-corrosion material were used to make heat exchangers for bulk curing barn in this study. The results showed that using the cast iron or SiC made heat exchangers could not bring great changes of rising temperature, removing humidity and energy consumption, compared to the steel-made heat exchanger used in practice. Moreover, the cast iron-made exchanger could save more energy than the other two. The optimized heat system had compact structure, was easy to install and maintain. Therefore, the cast iron or SiC made heat exchangers and the optimizing design method in the study has great potential for further use in the practice.
