Abstract:
Two hundred and one of tobacco samples with obvious PVY symptoms were collected from Qiannan in Guizhou Province, 2010. Three strains PVY
N, PVY
O and PVY
C of PVY were detected by Tas-ELISA. The results demonstrated that the 171 of 201 samples were infected with PVY, and strain PVY
N were 37, account for 21.6%; strain PVY
O were 133, account for 77.8%; strain PVY
C were 0, and complex infection of PVY
N and PVY
O was only one, account for 0.6%. The distribution regularity of PVY strains infecting tobacco in Qiannan was that the major strain of PVY was PVY
O, and PVY
N was a secondary strain, infecting relative less. No strain PVY
C was detected, and complex infection rarely occurred.
