Abstract:
One hundred and eight of flue-cured tobacco (Honghuadajinyuan) samples from Dali, Yunnan Province were taken to determine alcohol aroma component contents by using simultaneous distillation extraction and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, and their variation among growth locations and leaf positions were statistically analyzed by using SPSS. The results showed that alcohol aroma component contents in tobacco had significant difference among locations, but not among leaf position. These results is beneficial to evaluate tobacco leaf quality and planting of tobacco.
