烤烟田间不同生育期主要化学成分的变化
Changes in Major Chemical Components of Flue-cured Tobacco During Different Field Growth Stages

摘要: 为了明确烟叶成熟过程中化学成分的积累情况,本试验以烤烟品种吉烟九号、龙江911为研究对象,在烟叶生长发育过程中,每隔15 d取样,测定了鲜烟叶不同时期、不同部位的总氮、烟碱、蛋白质、总糖和还原糖的含量。试验结果表明,不同生育时期的鲜烟叶还原糖含量随着其生长发育先上升后下降;各部位不同生育期的总氮和蛋白质含量则随着烟叶的生长逐渐降低;
2个品种总糖和烟碱的变化各不相同,但是没有明显的规律。Abstract: An experiment was conducted to investigate the accumulation of chemical components of tobacco leaves during growth. Varieties used were Jiyan 9 and Longjiang 911. Total nitrogen, nicotine, protein, total sugar and reducing sugar from different leaf positions were tested at every 15 days. The result showed that the component of reducing sugar increased firstly and then decreased. The leaf total nitrogen and protein contents declined with growth.
