Abstract: The change history of Brazil official grade standards for tobacco was introduced briefly, the classification principle of Brazil leaf tobacco was elucidated using the official grade standards. Application of Brazil official grade standards for tobacco was evaluated and discussed in practice purchasing. Concerning issues when buying tobacco leaf in abroad were finally emphasized.
