    Study on Simplified and High Efficiency Tobacco Cultivation Technology Ⅰ.Seedling Production with Chemical Regulation and Cost Saving

    • Saving cost and raising healthy seedlings were the purpose of this research. Spraying chemical regulator in nursery bed and pot experiment, application effects of triacontanol and chlormequat were studied in tobacco seedlings. The results showed that both the agronomic characters and physiological indices of the seedlings met the standards of healthy tobacco seedlings. The comprehensive characters of tobacco seedlings were the best while the seedlings were raised with 25% triacontanol and 75% chlormequat. The frequency of leaf-cutting was two-time less by chemical regulation seedling. It saved pesticide application by 30% and increase more than 93.6 yuan/ha. The study provided the basis for simplified and labor saving seedling production of tobacco.
