Abstract
Effects of burying green manure on tobacco soil labile organic matter and enzyme activity with reduced chemical fertilizer rate were studied. The results showed that green manure improved soil labile organic matter when fertilization reduced to 85% of conventional rate. There was linear relationship among increment of labile organic matter and quantity of green manure. When fertilizer rate reduced to 70% of conventional standard, Green manure had not significant influence on soil labile organic matter. Green manure could increase activities of urease substantially when chemical fertilizers was in 85% of conventional rate..
