    Studies on the Design Optimization of Heat System and Heat Dispersion Systems Made of Different Materials in the Bulk Curing Barn

    • To increase durability of heat system and reduce the construction cost, the design of heat system was optimized and two kinds of anti-corrosion material were used to make heat exchangers for bulk curing barn in this study. The results showed that using the cast iron or SiC made heat exchangers could not bring great changes of rising temperature, removing humidity and energy consumption, compared to the steel-made heat exchanger used in practice. Moreover, the cast iron-made exchanger could save more energy than the other two. The optimized heat system had compact structure, was easy to install and maintain. Therefore, the cast iron or SiC made heat exchangers and the optimizing design method in the study has great potential for further use in the practice.
