    Application of Comprehensive Substituting Technology to Substitute for Zimbabwe Tobacco Leaf

    • Quality differences between formula modules and Zimbabwe tobacco leaves were studied by using design ideas of crossing the region, many grades, big fusion formula, and application of sensory evaluation and chemical composition content for system clustering analysis, and high percentage of substituting Zimbabwe tobacco leaf were tried in tobacco products. Results indicated that quality differences between replaced module and Zimbabwe tobacco leaf was judged according to chemical composition analysis and sensory evaluation. 1#, 2# formula modules were selected of which aroma was obviously increasing, and aroma simple sense was strengthened by charging alone and characteristic processing, the quality of which had reached or surpassed Zimbabwe tobacco. The 3# semi-works production could substitute twenty percent of Zimbabwe tobacco leaf in domestic first kind of cigarette product by comprehensive substituting technology, the core of which included that big formula fused, functional spice added, grouping processing craft processed and so on.
