Studies on the TMV Biological Activity of the MP-01 Extracts

The effects of Ganoderma applanatum MP-01 extracts on tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) biological activity was investigated with regard to virus inactivation, controlling virus intrusion, controlling virus multiplication, and induced resistance. The results showed that the MP-01 extracts had strong des-activation effect to TMV, somewhat controlling effect to virus intrusion and multiplication, and could induce disease resistance of tobacco.
