    Study and Development on QJ-Ⅱ Intensive Style Auto-control Tobacco Curing Equipment

    • To Solve the problems such as land resources in short supply in China, dispersing curing equipment, difficult in curing supervision, small capacity of curing barn, low land utilization ratio, high energy consumption unreliable curing quality, the authors designed and built a heat supply style auto-control humidity curing equipment with capacity of 2 800~3 000kg green tobacco leaves by adopting the auto-control system of microcomputer program to feed coal, raise temperature, exhaust humidified air, stabilize temperature and humidity. The results indicated that auto-control providing parameter cohered with the changes of temperature, humidity of curing house and tobacco leaves, the average of coal and power consumption to cure 1kg dry tobacco leaf were 1kg, 0.41kwh respectively, the appearance quality and internal chemical components were improved.
