Risk Analysis and Assessment to Enterprise Technology Improvement of Tobacco Leaf Re-drying

In order to reduce the risk during the process of technology improvement, take the tobacco leaf re-drying process as an example, we identified the risk factors during the process of tobacco leaf re-drying technology improvement, and analyzed and assessed the risk using fish bone diagram, Delphi method, and mathematic model. The proposal and application of this approach by this study will play significant contribution in reducing risks during the process of tobacco leaf re-drying technology improvement.
