Abstract
Results showed that the biomass accumulation of Barley tobacco in the field appeared to be "S" style of s "low-fast-slow". The dynamics of accumulation was accord with the logistic growing curve. The highest accumulation of the accumulation amount and intensity was at the 50 to 60 days. The accumulation intensity in the leaves or whole plant at the earlier stage (20 to 50 days) was larger than that in the later stage (60 to 80 days), but it was opposite in the roots and stems. The ratio of the biomass distribution in the organs follow the rule of leaves>stem>root. The value of root/crown and leaves/stem were reduced with the progress of the growing procedure. The value of root/crown was more stable than that of leaves/stem. The accumulation in the roots and accumulations in stem and leaves were related to some biological characteristics such as the plant height, stem perimeter and leaves numbers et.And it was also related to the amount of total sugar, reduced sugar and total nicotine in the leaves, but there is a negative relationship with the total N and protein amount.
