Determination of Calcium Content in Tobacco by Continuous Flow Analysis Method

We explored a method for the determination calcium content of tobacco by using continuous flow analyzer and studied on the repeatability and recovery. The results showed that the method had good reproducibility. The variation coefficient was less than 3% and the average recovery reached 100.98%.
