Isolation, Purification and Antagonism of Extracellular Protein from Bacillus subtilis Strain SH7
Bacillus subtilis strain SH7 showed antagonism against Ralstonia solanacearum.One of the protein was purified by using ammonium sulfate precipitation followed by DEAE Sepharose Fast Flow chromatography and Sephadex G-75. The molecular mass of the protein was 33.6 kD by PAGE analysis. The active protein from Bacillus subtilis strain SH7 have diastatic activity.
