    • The method for index evaluation corresponding to the content of GB5606.4—2005 cigarette sensory technology requirements was established. And by means of such method, consumers’ common sayings for sensory evaluation of cigarette could be exactly converted to correlative index terms in GB5606. 4—2005 cigarette sensory technology requirements. This method can quantize the consumers’ sensory evaluation results by forms of standard index terms, and qualitative and quantitative data results was obtained from the consumers’ sensory index evaluation. So the method built a communication bridge to consumers as for the products sensory quality indices.
