    Effects of GGR on Development and Activity in Oriental Tobacco Root System

    • Effects of different application methods of GGR10 on the development, activity and nicotine content in oriental tobacco roots were researched by field experiment. Results showed that applying GGR10 increased the dry matter weight and volume of roots, improved the activity and nicotine content in roots of oriental tobacco. The effect was the best by tobacco seedlings roots immersed in solution of 10 mg GGR10 per litre at transplanting and spraying solution of 10 mg GGR10 per litre on the tobacco leaves after transplanting thirty days than other treatments.
