    • 摘要: 抑制性消减杂交技术(SSH)是基于抑制性PCR及差减杂交技术建立的一种新技术。目前,由于该技术具有速度快、假阳性率低、灵敏程度高等优点,在植物学研究的各个领域得到了广泛的应用。对该技术的原理和方法、主要优缺点及其在烟草研究中的应用进行了综述。

       

      Abstract: A new method, termed suppression subtractive hybridization (SSH), has been developed based primarily on the technique suppression PCR and subtractive hybrid. It has many advantages such as high efficiency, high specificity and high sensitivity, and is widely applied in the botany research. This article mainly focuses on the principles, protocol, main advantages and disadvantages, and its application in tobacco research.
