Abstract:
In order to rapidly determine common pesticide residues in tobacco, a rapid method for determining twelve pesticides in tobacco using UPLC-MS/MS was developed.Samples were extracted by acetonitrile, cleaned up by dispersive solid-phase extraction and finally detected by UPLC-MS/MS.The results showed that the recoveries of twelve pesticides ranged from 62.1%-126.3% at the spiking levels of 20 µg/kg, 200 µg/kg and 500 µg/kg.The
RSD ranged from 0.6%-14.8%, and the
LOD was from 0.24 µg/kg to 4.24 µg/kg.For the superior sensitivity, targeted residues and shorter analysis time, this method was suitable for the rapid analysis of common pesticide residues in batches of tobacco samples.
