    解磷细菌肥对烤烟磷素吸收和磷肥利用率的影响

    Effects of Phosphate-Resolving Bacterial Fertilizer on Phosphorus Absorption and Phosphorus Fertilizer Utilization Rate of Flue-cured Tobacco

    • 摘要: 为探究解磷细菌肥对烤烟磷素吸收和磷肥利用率的影响,以云烟87为供试品种,设置解磷细菌肥(0、75 kg/hm2)与磷肥(0、1250 kg/hm2)的双因素随机区组试验,分析了烤烟根际土壤有效磷、微生物、根系活力、干物质积累量和各器官磷素吸收的变化。结果表明,解磷细菌肥配施磷肥可极显著提高烤烟根际土壤有效磷含量,显著提高烤烟根际土壤可培养细菌数量,提高烤烟根际土壤微生物AWCD,极显著提高土壤微生物对碳水化合物、氨基酸和胺类碳源的利用能力,改变微生物群落碳源代谢特征;显著提高了烤烟根系活力,促进了干物质量积累和磷素吸收,磷肥利用率显著提高了4.89%。

       

      Abstract: To investigate the effects of phosphorus bacterial fertilizer on phosphorus absorption and utilization rate of flue-cured tobacco, Yunyan 87 was used as experiment variety in a two-factor randomized block design experiment of phosphorus bacterial fertilizer(0, 75 kg/ha) and phosphate fertilizer(0, 1250 kg/ha) to analyze the changes of rhizosphere soil available phosphorus, microorganism, root vigor, dry matter accumulation and different organs' phosphorus absorption of flue-cured tobacco. The results showed that: phosphorus bacterial fertilizer with phosphate fertilizer (1) can significantly improve the content of available P in the rhizosphere soil of flue-cured tobacco. (2) can significantly increase culturable bacteria quantity in the rhizosphere soil of flue-cured tobacco. (3) can increase microorganisms AWCD in the rhizosphere soil of flue-cured tobacco, and significantly improve the utilization of carbohydrate, amino acid and amine carbon sources by soil microorganisms, change the characteristics of carbon source metabolism in microbial community. (4) can significantly increase root vigor of flue-cured tobacco, and can also promote the accumulation of dry matter and the absorption of phosphorus, the utilization rate of phosphate fertilizer significantly increased by 4.89%.
