    UPLC-MS-MS快速测定烟草中131种农药残留量

    Determination of 131 Pesticide Residues in Tobacco by UPLC-MS-MS

    • 摘要: 采用QuEChERS-超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法建立了烟草中131种农药残留的同时测定方法,样品用1%乙酸-乙腈萃取,氯化钠和无水硫酸镁盐析,经PSA固相分散吸附剂净化,采用正负离子多反应监测(MRM)模式检测,外标法定量。结果表明,131种农药在1~200 μg/L范围内线性关系良好,决定系数(r2)均大于0.99,方法的检出限为0.05~24.50 μg/kg,131种目标物的平均回收率为65.3%~112.4%,RSD为3.2%~7.3%。该方法简便、快速、灵敏、可靠,适用于烟草中131种农药残留的快速测定。

       

      Abstract: An analytical method for simultaneous determination of 131 pesticide residues in tobacco was established by QuEChERS-ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry ( UPLC-MS/MS). Tobacco samples were extracted with 1%(V/V) acetic acid-acetonitrile, salted out with sodium chloride and anhydrous magnesium sulfate, cleaned up with primary secondary amine PSA solide-phase dispersion, the extracts were then determined by UPLC-MS/MS in positive and negative ion modes and multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode, quantified by the external standard method. The results showed that all the 131 pescitides had good linearity in the ranges of 1-200 μg/L, with the coefficients of determination (r2) higher than 0.99. The limits of detection (LOD) were from 0.05 to 24.50 μg/kg. The average recoveries of all the pesticides were in the range of 65.3%-112.4% with the relative standard deviations between 3.2% to 7.3%. The method is simple, rapid, sensitive and reliable for determination of the 131 pesticide residues in tobacco.
