Abstract:
To clarify the effects of modifiers on physical and chemical properties of acidic soil, a field experiment of three factors×two levels with partial Eta
2 value(
ηp2)was conducted to study the effects of modifier types, application time and amounts on main nutrient contents. The results were as follows:(1) The application of modifiers increased the contents of organic matter, alkaline nitrogen and effective phosphorus by 18.90%-33.64%, 31.02%-61.01% and 1.11%-21.16%, respectively; The rapid available potassium content was increased by 5.56%-22.49% when modifiers were applied in the process of soil preparation, but was reduced by 0.01%-1.94% when modifiers were used in the process of hilling. (2) The type of modifier mainly affected the contents of organic matter (accounting for 45.28%) and available phosphorus (accounting for 57.14%). The application time of modifier mainly affected the content of rapid available potassium (accounting for 31.44%), and the application amount of modifier mainly affected the content of soil alkaline nitrogen (accounting for 30.00%). (3) The application of modifiers mainly affected the content of alkaline nitrogen (accounting for 43.22%) in 60 days after transplanting of flue-cured tobacco, mainly affected the content of organic matter (accounting for 37.78%) in 90 days after transplanting, and mainly affected the contents of available phosphorus content (accounting for 50.00%) and rapid available potassium (accounting for 38.28%) in 120 days after transplanting. In general, applying 1500 kg/ha of lime or acidic soil conditioner is beneficial to the growth of flue-cured tobacco in the process of soil preparation.
