Abstract:
In order to further clarify the material basis of the aroma difference between the special flavor flue-cured tobacco variety Zhongyantexiang301 and Zhongyan100, the petroleum ether extracts of their middle leaves was determined by GC-MS, and principal component analysis (PCA) and partial least squares discriminant analysis (PLS-DA) were carried out. The results showed that 99 and 98 compounds were identified in the petroleum ether extracts of flue-cured tobacco leaves of Zhongyantexiang301 and Zhongyan100, including 87 common compounds. Zhongyantexiang301 and Zhongyan100 have 12 and 11 unique compounds, respectively. The relative contents of esters, acids, alcohols, ketones, olefins and aldehydes of Zhongyantexiang301 are higher than those of Zhongyan100. Among the common compounds, there are 29 compounds with different contents between them. and the contents of 28 components, such as dihydrokiwifruit lactone, valencia orangeene, geranyl linalool, and megadjatrienone, were significantly higher than those of Zhongyan100. The results provide a reference for revealing the material basis for the formation of the flavor style of Zhongyantexiang301.
