Abstract:
In order to uncover the effects of exogenous hesperidin on tobacco bacterial wilt and bacterial community of rhizosphere soil of tobacco plant, the occurrence of tobacco bacterial wilt was investigated and soil bacterial community structure was analyzed after two consecutive years of root-irrigated hesperetin with different concentrations (1 mmol/L, 2 mmol/L and 4 mmol/L). The experiment was performed based on pot experiment and amplicon sequencing techniques. The control effect of only treated with hesperetin on tobacco bacterial wilt was about 40%. When hesperetin was root-irrigated with 1 mmol/L or 2 mmol/L, the OTU number and richness indexes (such as Chao1, ACE) of bacterial community in rhizosphere soil were promoted, the relative abundance of
Dongia, Sphingobium, Haliangium and
Bacteroides increased and the relative abundance of
Ralstonia decreased. In summary, 1 mmol/L and 2 mmol/L exogenous hesperetin were the suitable concentrations. These results provide basis for the utilization of plant secondary metabolites rationally.
