Abstract:
In order to further explore the effects of different appearance characteristics on the quality of tobacco leaves of CB-1, the cutters were used as experimental materials to study the appearance and internal quality of orange (C2F, C3F), different scalding degree (10%, 20%, 30%), different slick degree (10%, 20%, 30%) and different green degree (C3V, GY1). The results showed that the overall appearance quality was orange>scalding>green>slick. With the increase of the proportion of appearance characteristic area, the appearance quality of scalding, slick and green tobacco leaves decreased significantly. The main chemical components of all treatments were in the suitable range. With the increase of scalding degree, the contents of reducing sugar, total sugar and the ratio of sugar to alkali decreased gradually. Slick tobacco leaves showed obvious high sugar and low alkali, and the ratio of sugar to alkali was significantly higher than that of the other treatments. The sensory quality of C2F tobacco leaves was the best, and the sensory quality of 10% and 20% scalding, 10% slick and C3V tobacco leaves was the same as that of C3F tobacco leaves. While the sweet-scented style characteristics of 10% slick and C3V tobacco leaves were more obvious, the honey-sweet style characteristics were weakened. The results of cluster analysis showed that the sensory quality and style characteristics of 10% and 20% scalding tobacco leaves were the most similar to C3F, followed by 10% slick and C3V tobacco leaves, and the industrial availability of tobacco leaves with high scalding degree (30%), high green degree (GY1) and medium and high slick degree (20%, 30%) decreased significantly. In short, in the actual grading of CB-1 varieties, the saclding and green degree of C3F can be relaxed to "20% scalding area ", "10% slightly green area " respectively, and the slick area should be strictly limited to less than 10%.
