    暹罗芽孢杆菌与氟噻唑吡乙酮协同防治烟草黑胫病

    Synergistic Control Effect of Bacillus siamensis and Oxathiapiprolin Against Tobacco Black Shank

    • 摘要: 为探究暹罗芽孢杆菌(Bacillus siamensis,BS)与氟噻唑吡乙酮(Oxathiapiprolin,OX)联合防控烟草黑胫病的可行性,采用平板涂布法测定BS和OX的生物相容性,生长速率法测定BS和OX及二者联用对烟草疫霉菌的抑制作用,同时通过盆栽试验对比BS、OX及两者联用对烟草黑胫病的防治效果。生物相容性试验结果显示,BS与OX的生物相容性较高,且低浓度的OX可以使BS保持更高的生长活性;室内毒力测定显示,BS发酵液对烟草疫霉菌的抑制率为42.2%,与OX(1.25×10−4 mg/L)联用后对烟草疫霉菌的抑制率达92.35%。盆栽试验结果表明,BS发酵液稀释5倍后与OX(1.25×10−4 mg/L)复配灌根,对烟草黑胫病的防效为83.57%,分别较BS和OX单剂处理增加了42.85%和67.81%,且烟株各项农艺指标均有提升,协同增效显著。BS和OX复配可以有效防治烟草黑胫病、促进幼苗生长,同时减少OX的使用量。

       

      Abstract: To explore the potential of the synergism of Bacillus siamensis (BS) combined with Oxathiapiprolin (OX) against tobacco black shank, the biocompatibility of BS and OX was measured by plate coating method, and the inhibition effect of BS, OX and their combination on tobacco Phytophthora nicotianae were determined by the growth rate method. A pot experiment was performed to compare the effects of BS, OX and their combination on tobacco black shank disease in vivo. BS exhibited high biocompatibility with OX, and the low concentration of OX enabled BS higher growth activity. The results of in vitro toxicity test indicated that the inhibition rate of BS fermentation broth was 42.2%, while the inhibition rate reached 92.35% when combined with OX(1.25×10−4 mg/L). In the pot experiment, the 5-fold diluted BS fermentation broth combined with OX(1.25×10−4 mg/L) had control effect of 83.57%, which was 42.85% and 67.81% higher than that of BS or OX treatment, respectively, and the agronomic indexes of tobacco plants increased, so the synergistic effect was significant. The results proves that the combination of BS and OX can effectively control tobacco black shank disease, promote seedling growth, and reduce the use of OX.
