    烟草品种对辣椒脉斑驳病毒的抗性鉴定

    Resistant Identification of Tobacco Varieties to Chilli Veinal Mottle Virus

    • 摘要: 辣椒脉斑驳病毒(chilli veinal mottle virus,ChiVMV)是西南烟区的主要病毒种类之一,近年对烟草的为害迅速上升。本文通过分子生物学检测和苗期汁液摩擦接种,鉴定了四川凉山和云南保山烟草ChiVMV分离物毒株、病害表型和主栽品种抗性。结果显示:凉山和保山烟草ChiVMV分离物为引起叶片黄圆斑及坏死症状的重症株系。ChiVMV典型病叶为褪绿黄化的圆形亮斑、疱斑皱缩和病斑连片干枯。烤烟品种K326、NC89、G28、云烟85、云烟87、云烟105、云烟116、红花大金元、中烟100对ChiVMV表现不同程度的感病;N基因型烟草Samsun NN、CV91,以及va型烟草VAM,亦无明显的抗性。湄潭晒烟X45中抗ChiVMV,接种叶和系统侵染叶中病毒含量显著低于感病品种本氏烟和K326,是抗病育种的重要资源。

       

      Abstract: Chilli veinal mottle virus (ChiVMV) is one of the main virus species in tobacco-growing areas of Southwest China, and its harm to tobacco has risen rapidly in recent years. In this study, the virus strain, disease phenotype and varieties resistance were identified by molecular biological detection and friction inoculation on tobacco seedlings. Results showed that the ChiVMV isolated from Liangshan and Baoshan tobacco were both severe strains causing yellow round spot and necrosis on leaves. The typical symtoms of ChiVMV-infected leaves appeared many round bright spots on leaves, with manifestation of chlorosis and yellowing. Moreover, the leaves shrank with droopy and folded leaf margin, especially for the lower leaves. Flue-cured tobacco varieties including K326, NC89, G28, Yunyan85, Yunyan87, Yunyan105, Yunyan116, Honghuadajinyuan and Zhongyan100, were susceptibility to ChiVMV, while N-genotype tobacco Samsun NN, CV91, and va-genotype tobacco VAM showed no obvious resistance to ChiVMV. Meitan sun-cured tobacco variety X45 exhibited moderate resistance to ChiVMV, with the virus concentration in its inoculated and systemic leaves significantly lower than that in susceptible varieties of N. benthamina and K326, thereby is an important resource for disease resistance breeding.
