      不同化肥减施对烟草养分利用率和烟叶产量及品质的影响

      Effect of Different Fertilizer Reduction Modes on Tobacco Nutrient Utilization Efficiency, Yield and Quality

      • 摘要: 郴州烟区是我国焦甜醇甜香型烟叶的最典型产区,长期浅层犁耕和不合理施肥等导致郴州烟区耕层土壤质量、肥料利用率逐年下降。为明确烟稻轮作区适宜的烤烟化肥减施技术模式,于2019―2021年在湖南郴州典型烟稻轮作区开展3年田间定位试验,设置不施肥(CK)、当地常规施肥(T1)、单施化肥-不施有机肥(T2)、化肥减施20%-有机肥不变(T3)和有机肥替代20%氮肥(T4) 5个处理,研究不同施肥措施对烟草氮、磷、钾养分利用率,烟草品质和经济性状的影响。结果表明,T3能显著提升氮、磷、钾肥生理利用率,较其他施肥处理最高增幅分别为42.75%、42.14%和69.38%;各处理烟叶化学成分含量大多差异不显著,烟叶外观质量差异不大;T4感官质量得分最高;T4烟叶产量及产值较高,上等烟叶比例显著高于其他处理,增幅为11.88%~13.77%。化肥减施在保证氮、磷、钾的收获指数、生产效率和烟叶的化学成分及外观性状基本不变的情况下,T3的氮、磷、钾肥的生理利用率和T4的品质性状得到明显提升。综合考虑施肥成本、环境效益及烟叶产质量,T4可为郴州烟稻轮作区植烟季的化肥减施增效提供重要模式参考。

         

        Abstract: Chenzhou is the most typical producing area of tobacco leaves with burnt-sweetness and bouquet-sweetness flavor in China. The soil quality and fertilizer utilization rate of tilled layer in Chenzhou decreased year by year due to the long shallow ploughing and unreasonable fertilization. In order to clarify the suitable tobacco fertilizer reduction technology model in the typical tobacco-rice rotation area of Chenzhou, Hunan Province, a 3-year field positioning experiment was conducted from 2019 to 2021 in the typical tobacco-rice rotation area of Chenzhou. Five treatments were set up, including no fertilizer (CK), local conventional fertilization (T1), single application of chemical fertilizer without organic fertilizer (T2), chemical fertilizer reduction by 20% and organic fertilizer unchanged (T3), and organic fertilizer replacement of 20% nitrogen fertilizer (T4). The study investigated the effects of different fertilizer reduction measures on the utilization rate of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium nutrients, tobacco quality and economic traits. The results showed that, T3 could significantly improve the physiological utilization rate of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizer, with the maximum increases of 42.75%, 42.14% and 69.38% respectively; the chemical composition content of tobacco leaves in each treatment was not significantly different, and the appearance quality was not significantly different; the sensory quality score of T4 was the highest; the tobacco leaf yields and output value of T4 was relatively high, and the proportion of high-grade tobacco leaf in T4 was the highest, which was 11.88%-13.77% higher than that of other treatments. Under the condition of ensuring the harvest index and production efficiency of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, and the chemical composition and appearance of tobacco leaves, the fertilizer reduction also significantly improved the physiological utilization rate of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizer in T3 and the quanlity traits of T4. The cost effect, environmental benefit and the effect on the yield and quality of tobacco leaves of different treatments were comprehensively compared, and T4 was recommended as the model technology of reducing fertilizer and increasing efficiency during the tobacco planting season in Chenzhou tobacco-rice rotation area.
