    国产雪茄烟叶发酵研究和技术应用现状与思考

    Current Status and Reflections on the Research and Technological Application of Domestic Cigar Tobacco Leaf Fermentation

    • 摘要: 发酵是雪茄烟叶生产的关键环节,在提升雪茄烟叶质量和塑造雪茄烟风格方面发挥重要作用。由于国产雪茄烟叶总体起步较晚,发酵机理和技术不明确,制约烟叶发酵效果和原料应用。本文概述了雪茄烟叶发酵发展现状,从发酵机理、影响因素、常规发酵和特色发酵技术等方面阐述了发酵的基础与应用研究成果,并结合生产实际提出了雪茄烟叶发酵的意见建议和研究思路,以期为国产雪茄烟产业发展助力。

       

      Abstract: Fermentation is a crucial step in the production of cigar tobacco leaves, playing a pivotal role in enhancing cigar tobacco leaves quality and shaping cigar characteristics. However, due to the relatively late development of domestic cigar tobacco, unclear fermentation mechanisms and techniques have constrained fermentation quality and product application of cigar tobacco. This paper systematically summarizes the current state of cigar tobacco leaves fermentation, and elaborates on the fundamental and applied research findings of cigar tobacco leaves fermentation from the aspects of mechanism, influencing factors, conventional and characteristic techniques. Additionally, suggestions and research directions for cigar tobacco fermentation were proposed based on practical production needs, aiming to contribute to the development of the domestic cigar industry.
