      遮阴方式与种植密度对田间小气候及雪茄烟产质量的影响

      Influence of Shading Methods and Planting Density on Field Microclimate and Cigar Yield and Quality

      • 摘要: 为探究不同遮阴方式与种植密度对雪茄烟田小气候和烟叶产质量的影响,以雪茄烟海研101为试验材料,设置常规密度不遮阴(ZM1)、顶部遮阴(ZM2)、全遮阴(ZM3),高密度不遮阴(ZM4)、顶部遮阴(ZM5)、全遮阴(ZM6)6个处理,测定全生育期烟田小气候、成熟期农艺性状、晾制后烟叶理化指标及烟叶产量与产值。结果表明:遮阴处理的烟田土壤温度降低,昼夜温差与风速减小,空气湿度提高,高温时段顶部遮阴处理光照强度显著下降37.22%~38.11%,全遮阴处理显著下降42.07%~42.56%;遮阴处理烟株株高显著增高,ZM6叶厚较ZM4显著下降11.32%;晾制后烟叶物理特性改善,灰度值显著提高,茄衣产量、产出率与总产值均显著提升,全遮阴处理改善效果更显著。与常规密度相比,高密度烟田土壤含水率下降,风速减缓;烟株生长受抑制,晾制后烟叶总产量升高,但茄衣产量、总产值均下降。二因素相互作用下,全遮阴处理下常规种植密度(ZM3)晾制后烟叶的叶长、叶宽分别相较ZM1显著增加12.26%、8.17%,烟叶厚度薄,燃烧性最好,茄衣产量与产出率、总产值最高,有益于改善雪茄烟叶的质量。综上所述,在海南地区宜采用ZM3处理,提升雪茄烟叶产质量与经济效益。

         

        Abstract: This study aimed to investigate the effects of different shading methods and planting densities on the microclimate and tobacco yield and quality in cigar fields. Using cigar tobacco variety Haiyan 101 as the experimental material, six treatments were set up: conventional density without shading (ZM1), conventional density with top shading (ZM2), conventional density with full shading (ZM3), high-density without shading (ZM4), high-density with top shading (ZM5), high-density with full shading (ZM6). The microclimate of the tobacco field throughout the entire growth period, agronomic traits at maturity, physical and chemical indicators of tobacco leaves after air-curing, as well as tobacco yield and output value were measured. The results showed that the soil temperature in tobacco fields treated with shading decreased, the temperature difference between day and night and wind speed decreased, and the air humidity increased. During high temperature periods, the top shading treatment significantly reduced the light intensity by 37.22% to 38.11%, and the full shading treatment significantly reduced it by 42.07% to 42.56%. Shade treatments could improve the agronomic traits of mature tobacco plants, with a significant increase in plant height. Among them, the leaf thickness of ZM6 decreased significantly by 11.32% compared to ZM4; after air-curing, the physical properties of tobacco leaves were improved, with a significant increase in gray value. The yield, output rate, and total output value of wrapper all significantly increased, and the improvement effect of full shading treatment was more significant. Compared to conventional density, the soil moisture content in high-density tobacco fields decreased, and the wind speed slowed down; the growth of tobacco plants was inhibited. The total yield of tobacco leaves increased after air-curing, but the yield and total output value of wrapper decreased. Under the interaction of two factors, under full shading treatment, the leaf length and width of tobacco leaves dried at conventional planting density (ZM3) increased significantly by 12.26% and 8.17% respectively compared to ZM1. The tobacco leaves were thinner and had the best combustibility, with the highest wrapper yield, yield rate, and total output value, which contributed to improving the quality of cigar leaves. In summary, ZM3 is suitable for improving the quality and economic benefits of cigar tobacco leaves in Hainan region.
