    烤烟品种易烤性相关性状的主基因+多基因遗传分析

    Genetic Analysis of Easy Curing Potential in Flue-cured Tobacco with the Mixed Major-gene Plus Polygene Inheritance Model

    • 摘要: 以烤烟品种云烟85(P1)和烤烟品种大白筋599(P2)为双亲,构建了P1、P2、F1和F2四个世代群体,运用植物数量性状主基因+多基因混合遗传模型分离分析方法对该四个世代群体的烟叶易烤性进行了联合分析。结果表明,烤烟品种烟叶易烤性性状的遗传符合2对加性-显性-上位性主基因+加性-显性多基因混合遗传模型(E1),同时2对主基因间存在互作效应。主基因遗传率为64.09%,多基因遗传率为6.59%,在F2世代表现出较高的主基因遗传效应。

       

      Abstract: The easy curing potential of 4 populations (P1, P2, F1 and F2 which were from the combination between flue-cured tobacco varieties P1 Yunyan85 and P2 Dabaijin599) was genetically analyzed with the mixed major-gene plus polygene inheritance model. The results showed that the easy curing potential could be controlled by the model E1 (two major additive-domiant-epistatic genes plus additive-dominant polygene), and there were interactive effect between the two major-genes. The heritability of major-genes was 64.09%, and that of polygene was 6.59%, which indicated that F2 generation showed the higher inheritance effect of major-genes.
