Abstract:
To investigate the relationship between chemical components and cigarette gas components of flue-cured tobacco in Yunnan province, 4 chemical components in cigarette gas and 22 chemical components in tobacco leaves of 586 flue-cured tobacco leaf samples collected from Yunnan tobacco-growing area were studied. According to the data of the chemical and cigarette gas components of 586 samples, 275 interaction values which are constructed by the 22 chemical indices used as independent variables and smoke index value used as the dependent variable in the MATLAB 5.0 platform. The model of smoke gas components and chemical components of tobacco leaves was established by quadratic polynomial stepwise regression. The result showed that there was significance correlation between combustible components of flue-cured tobacco leaves and smoke components, and there were significant correlations between TPM, Tar, nicotine of smoke and alkaline chemical compositions.
