Abstract:
In order to find out dynamic change of sulfur bacteria and anti-sulfide bacteria at different tobacco growth stage in Dali, Yunnan province, the major sulfur bacteria and anti-sulfide bacteria were separated by use of selective medium. The results showed that at Jianchuan, Xiazhuang, Midu and Chengguan, the four main flue-cured tobacco producing areas, the number of sulfur and anti-sulfide bacteria of rhizosphere were more than that of field soils, and the proportion were R:S = 6-10:1 and R:S = 2.5-3.5:1 respectively. However, the field soil sulfur bacteria quantity of Yongping and Nanjian was more than that of rhizospheric soil. The number of bacteria in Midu was significantly larger than the other three areas. pH value was negatively related to the quantity of bacterial, and its influence on anti-sulfur bacterial was much larger than that of sulfur bacteria. Rhizospheric soil sulfur bacteria and field sulfur bacteria was significantly positive correlation (r=1.00), and rhizospheric anti-sulfur bacteria was positively correlate to field soil Anti-bacteria (r=0.879). Sulfur bacteria kept higher level at maturity stage, but the highest level of anti-sulfur bacteria appeared at the rosette stage.
