    土壤和叶面施硒对烤烟硒积累的影响

    Effects of Soil and Foliar Selenium Application on Selenium Accumulation in Flue-cured Tobacco

    • 摘要: 通过盆栽试验,研究了不同来源硒对烤烟各器官硒含量和烟叶硒积累动态的影响。结果表明,不同施硒处理,烟叶硒积累速率均为单峰曲线,峰值在移栽后65 d左右,叶面喷硒处理峰值更高但下降也更迅速。烤烟各器官硒含量均随施硒量增加而增加。不同施硒方法对烟叶各叶位硒含量影响不同,土壤施硒处理不同叶位硒含量大小为上部叶>中部叶>下部叶,而叶面喷硒处理则为下部叶>中部叶>上部叶。

       

      Abstract: The effects of different sources of selenium (Se) on Se content of different organs of flue-cured tobacco and Se dynamic accumulation were studied by pot experiment. The results showed that, the Se accumulation rate appeared as a single peak curve and the peak at 65d after transplanting in different treatments, the peak was higher and declining more rapidly in foliar application of Se; Se content in different organs of flue-cured tobacco increased in direct proportion to the fertilizer amount of Se; Effects of different leaves of Se content varied with different treatments. In soil Se-supplement treatment, the Se content increased in the order of bottom leaf, middle leaf, upper leaf while it did in the order of upper leaf, middle leaf, bottom leaf for the foliar application of Se.
