Abstract:
The effects of different sources of selenium (Se) on Se content of different organs of flue-cured tobacco and Se dynamic accumulation were studied by pot experiment. The results showed that, the Se accumulation rate appeared as a single peak curve and the peak at 65d after transplanting in different treatments, the peak was higher and declining more rapidly in foliar application of Se; Se content in different organs of flue-cured tobacco increased in direct proportion to the fertilizer amount of Se; Effects of different leaves of Se content varied with different treatments. In soil Se-supplement treatment, the Se content increased in the order of bottom leaf, middle leaf, upper leaf while it did in the order of upper leaf, middle leaf, bottom leaf for the foliar application of Se.
