仓储片烟霉变的影响因素分析

Mildew Factor Analysis of Stored Flue-cured Tobacco Strips

摘要: 利用单因素与正交试验相结合的方法，研究了环境温度、湿度和片烟含水率对片烟霉变的影响。结果表明，环境湿度和片烟含水率是影响片烟霉变的关键因素。空气相对湿度70%，且片烟含水率15%以下，片烟未发生霉变。在环境湿度75%～80%，片烟含水率低于19%，片烟易发生轻度霉变。环境湿度高于80%，或空气相对湿度75%，片烟含水率高于19%时，片烟极易发生霉变。

Abstract: Main factors effecting mildew of stored flue-cured tobacco strips were studied by an orthogonal design combined with single factor experiment. The results showed that humidity and water content of tobacco strips were the key factors of mildewing. Under RH 70% and water content below 15%, mildew of tobacco strips will not occur. Under RH 75%-80% and water content below 19%, tobacco strips mildewed slightly. Under RH over 80%, or under RH 75% and water content over 19%，tobacco strips mildewed easily and severely.
