Abstract:
In order to improve the processing quality of threshing and redrying, we investigated the effects of stem ratio, steam pressure and quantity of steam on crimp rate of threshed and redried. The results showed that the stem ratio were negatively correlated with the crimp rate. The leaf stem ratio was more than 1.11% of superior leaves, more than 1.23% of middle class leaves and more than 1.46% of low class leaves, and the shrinkage rate of leaves reached the national standard. Under the condition of (12±1)% of water requirement, reducing steam consumption and increasing water pressure pump could reduce the shrinkage rate and increase the stretching blade resurgence.
